A new seminar for churches has been developed, which we hope you will be excited about. You have James Dobson with Focus on the Family, and Gary Smalley with the Relationship Center, and now a new program for the Learning Family of Faith.

For 25 years, I have been a speaker, author, educator, consultant, corporate coach, and memory expert. At the age of 32, I was ordained unto the ministry, and have devoted the past twenty-five years to study and research of God’s Word.

I have taught leading-edge learning techniques and leadership skills to Corporate America. In 1986, I produced the 1st series of its kind on the mind done by PBS, called “Lannom’s Memory Methods”. Newsweek Magazine recognized me as an authority on learning and memory.

With our educational system failing, we are told to learn this or that; but we are never taught how to learn. I teach the methods of how to learn, and have now combined them with learning our identity in Christ Jesus.

My book, “Untapped Potential” published by Thomas Nelson Publishers contends for a theistic, rather than a humanistic basis for self-worth. This is a book of motivation that is based on the biblical doctrine that man is made in the image of God. Humanism teaches that we work for self-worth, in order to become somebody. Christianity teaches that believers in Christ work from a secure platform of worth because they are accepted in Christ.

This synopsis gives you a quick overview about who I am….but importantly what are the “101 Riches in Christ”? My purpose in creating and presenting this study is to give everyone the truth of their identity in Jesus Christ. The 101 Riches are the positions and possession we receive from the Lord when we believe in Christ as our Savior. As Christians, we are re-created and adopted as children of the living God! It is important to point out that these positions and possession are taken directly from the Bible. There is at least one (and often several) verses of Scripture that is given with each of the 101 Riches that explains what they are. But what makes this seminar unique is the fact that everyone will leave the seminar with all 101 things committed to memory!

Your 101 Riches in Christ Seminar | Presented by Jack Lannom

Who is Jack Lannom? Jack is an internationally known speaker and author, with appearances in England, Norway, Maui, and various locations in the United States. He has spent 25 years training and speaking for companies such as: Marriott, The Florida Marlins, The US Department of Labor, Citibank, Jefferson Pilot to name just a few.

Jack has always been passionate about teaching and helping others, so the natural vehicle for his brilliant mind and buoyant personality was the ministry. After ordination, Jack devoted more than ten years to preaching and teaching God’s Word. But with leaving the pulpit, it allowed Jack to reach a vastly larger audience than ever before. Jack developed the Self-Concept Game, which was designed to bring families to a greater understanding of who they are in Christ. This game was endorsed by such Christian luminaries as Josh McDowell, Dr. Ed Wheat, and R.C. Sproul. Jack appeared twice on the Worship Channel, and also had an infomercial which ran on the Worship Channel. Jack is a frequent guest on South Florida radio broadcasts, and national radio shows, as well.

Can you be more specific? Let me give you the first three riches.
1) “The Bible is God’s gift to us.” The Bible tells us that “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16)

2) “You have been united to the three members of the Trinity.” There are several Scriptures which prove this, such as Ephesians 4:6; 1 Thessalonians 1:1; John 14:20; Romans 1:8; Corinthians 2:12; and Romans 8:9a.

3) “You have been justified.” You have been declared righteous in God’s sight. “But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness, just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works…” Romans 4:5-6.

Contract/Agreement

The purpose of this contract is to clearly state what the Lannom Inc. and the “Host Church” obligations are in organizing the “101 Riches in Christ” Seminar.

CONTRACT:
This contract is made the ____ day of _______, _____, between Lannom Inc. and (CHURCH) also known as “Host Church” whose address is…….and phone number is…..

EVENT:
(Church) agrees to host the physical location for the event “101 Riches in Christ” Seminar commencing at (time) on the (date) and terminating at (time) on the (date).

TERM:
The term of the contract as stated above under “Contract” is commencing upon acceptance by signature and date of this contract by the pastor of the “Host Church” and terminates at (time) on (day of presentation).

DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00 made payable to Lannom Inc. is due upon returning this signed contract. Deposit covers:

• Guaranteed Seminar date
• 700 Registration/Promotional Flyers
• 300 tickets for attendees (additional tickets provided as needed)
• 20 complimentary tickets for staff ($500 value)
• 101 Riches in Christ Workbook for attendees (based on 200 persons)

Additional quantities of promotional materials listed above may be ordered by the host church at Lannom Inc.’s cost.

MONIES:
In addition to the above deposit, (Church) agrees to pay Lannom Inc. the sum of $3,500.00. Total monies cover two hundred (200) Adult paid registrations at $25.00 each.

• Less than two hundred ticket sales: Host church guarantees the
First 200 Adult tickets. In the event the Host Church does not collect ticket revenue equal to 200 Adult tickets at $25.00 each, the Host Church is still required to pay the full amount to Lannom Inc. The Host Church will have a check payable to Lannom Inc. on the day of the event.

• Exceeding two hundred ticket sales: Lannom Inc. will collect the
additional $25.00 per ticket for each adult attendee over 200 and $15 for each child over 12 to 17 years. The Host Church will have a check payable to Lannom Inc. on the Day of the event.

• Ticket Price: The Host Church may elect to sell tickets above the
price of $25.00 per adult each up to $40.00. The Host Church will keep 100% of the revenue generated by the markup.
Children’s pricing: 12 years to 17 years at $15.00 per child up to $25.00.

UTILITIES:
The “Host Church” shall provide premises in a clean condition for event. Custodial and other cleaning services shall be funded and provided by “Host Church”. The Host church agrees to provide a well-heated, or well air-conditioned, well lighted, safe and proper place for the seminar. All equipment and facilities must be in good working condition.

TRAVEL:
Lannom Inc. will arrange conference staff’s airline flights, hotel, rental, and food. The host church will be responsible for travel, lodging, and transportation for two people.

PROMOTIONS:
Lannom Inc. will provide the promotional materials as listed under the deposit section. Any additional printings and special mailings, the “Host Church” designs for the conference are at their expense.

REGISTRATION:
The host church will handle all registration and distribution of tickets to seminar attendees.

STAGING/SOUND SYTEM:
The Seminar requires the “Host Church” to provide the use of a stage, proper stage and room lighting, sound system, front or rear screen projection system, wireless microphones, and technician without charge.

SEMINAR COORDINATION:
The Host Church will provide one person as the coordinator for this seminar. This person will be the contact person and responsible for set-up, registrations, volunteers, and on-site coordination with Lannom Inc.

VOLUNTEERS/BOOKTABLE/SALES:
The host church will provide adequate volunteers to cover ushering, greeting, and sales at the book table. Two eight-foot tables with 2 people will be needed for every 200 people attending. Lannom Inc. will collect 100% of revenue from book and product sales from the event. The book table volunteers will also be asked to collect money.

SET-UP/TIMING OF SEMINAR AND BREAKDOWN:
(sample schedule, a minimum of four hours is required). The sample schedules below is for a full day and 4-hour (half day).

The Host Church will provide two volunteers to assist Lannom Inc. with the set-up and breakdown of the seminar on the day of the event. The audio-visual technician will also be required.

Important Schedule Notes:
In 3 hours – group will learn about 40 of the 101 Riches, and the ability to
commit to memory the remainder on their own (2 hrs. 45 minutes teaching).
In 4 hours – group will learn about 50 of the 101 Riches, and the ability to
commit to memory the reminder on their own (3 hrs. 30 minutes teaching).
It takes a full day (or 2 half days) to commit all 101 Riches (6 hrs. 30 minutes teaching).

You may schedule whatever works best for your church: A weeknight, a Friday night, a Saturday morning and/or afternoon, a Sunday afternoon.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Offering coffee or any other food and beverage, would be at the discretion of the Host Church. Some churches have increased their ticket price to include this service.

CHILDREN:
This seminar is great for children that are 12 years old and older. Younger children cannot attend the event and would be disruptive to the other attendees. It would be greatly appreciated If the “Host Church” would offer a babysitting service for their attendees. Any disruptive children will be kindly asked to leave the seminar.

PARKING:
The “Host Church” as part of the contract will provide parking for the seminar.

ENTIRE CONTRACT:
Cancellation & Breaches: In the event any breach or cancellation of this contract occurs at any time prior to ninety (90) days before the scheduled event, one half of (1/2) of the entire fee shall be due and payable immediately.
In the event any breach or cancellation of this contract occurs within a period of ninety (90) days or less from the scheduled event, the entire fee shall be due and payable immediately.

ACTS OF GOD:
Lannom Inc. and Host Church mutually agree that either party may cancel this contract and all parties shall be released from any liability or damages hereunder, if Lannom Inc. or Host Church is unable to fulfill the terms of this contract due to Act of God or any other legitimate conditions beyond the control of the Speaker or Sponsor.

FEES & TAXES:
Host Church agrees to Lannom Inc. service for the amounts set forth under “Fee” and “Deposit”. Payment is to be made in the form of a check in US Dollars made payable to Lannom Inc., Tax ID #20-0726773, and mailed to 14050 NW 20 Street, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33028. It is understood that the Host Church is wholly responsible for any Federal or State amusement tax that may be levied by the jurisdiction where the speaking engagement is to take place in addition to any other payment due under this agreement. It is understood that the Speaker (Lannom Inc) is an independent contractor. As an independent contractor, the speaker assumes all responsibility for the necessary taxes and insurance, including but not limited to: withholding taxes, social security, public liability and workman’s compensation insurance. Sponsor agrees to hold harmless the Agent and the Speaker/Lannom Inc.

This writing contains the entire contract between the parties. No modifications of this contract shall be binding unless such modifications shall be in writing and signed by both parties.
